New Year and a NEW LOOK

Happy New Year!

So I’ve been working on this for a while. I’ve come so far in my business – especially this past year, and I really wanted KKP’s image to reflect that development. The new look had to be “bold, bright and beautiful” without straying too far away from its origins. Not only did my logo and blog get an overhaul, but I’ve also developed some exciting new marketing material, packaging and client information packages.

Since I’m just a one-woman show, I can’t get it all done at once. I’m still in the process of finalizing 2012′s pricing, and have yet to update all my galleries…but I hope to have it all completed very soon.

FYI: In 2012 pricing, the CD of high-resolution images of your session will only be available to purchase after a print purchase. I want you to have professional prints that both you and I are proud of, and you’ll cherish for a lifetime.

What a life of blissful leisure that’d be! :)

I’ll be sort of MIA for the next few days, as I’m trying to get caught up on Christmas and calendar page designs (yes Marlies, I’m trying hard to get them done for you! :) ). There’s some pretty cool and funky designs that I can’t wait to share will you all.

Wanna run in the street, get mud on my feet, And jump up onto your shirt. I wanna have dog breath, wake the neighbors too. I’ll lick your hand, be the best friend to man; I’ve got nothing better to do.

…life would be as pretty and as perfect, as if viewed through my rose coloured sun glasses.

My house would be fall cleaned. My yard would be winterized. I’d have my snow tires on my Jeep. My ‘To Do’ list from July would be long completed and disposed of. I’d spend an hour or two playing with my kids every day. I’d be patient. Jovial. Refreshed.

I’d be caught up on my editing – there’s 5 family sessions that are a current work in progress, as well as months worth of personal events.

Such a gorgeous sunset after tonight’s photo session that I just had to quickly pull over along Vedder Road to capture it.

Too bad the sun didn’t come out to play about 1 hour earlier…but I’m loving the shots from tonight’s session anyway. Looking forward to sharing!
