If truth be told…
…when I first heard (and saw) the color that my niece Arlene had picked out for her grad dress…well, I guess I could say I had a few reservations. Like “how on earth will that photograph?” and “where on earth will I take pics with a dress that colour – not everything matches with such an electric green?!” But. I found the most terrific location to take the pictures at, and was so happy I got permission to take pictures at this great, old, white barn. And when I saw Arlene in her dress, I had to admit – it was just so “her” – so vibrant, cheerful and fun…and I loved it…and how it photographed!! :)
…I had a very hard time picking which pictures to post from this session. ‘Cause I want to post them all…but since there’s a few definite faves of mine that really jump out at me, I’ll use some self-restraint, and just share those with you.
Wowza - these kids have some serious “RAWR” factor goin’ here, no?!? And the location!! I could have shot there for days – so gorgeous!
I LOVE it when a shoot turns out exactly how I’d planned/envisioned it to….only better! Thanks Darren and Arlene…I’ll shoot you anytime! :)
