…these are great! :) I was so happy last night when I sat down to check out the pictures I took of a friend and her two kids yesterday afternoon! It was quite the process getting this set up – heaving kids and un-wieldy furniture across the pasture, unsucsessfully dodging cow pies in the long grass, to just find just the right spot under a tree. I hope to share the pics with you next week, but in the mean-time, here’s the scene of the shoot:

This hot, sweaty, but definitely worthwhile and enjoyable work was preceded by Jaedah’s school field trip to Harrison for sand-castle building, and a walk to the (ever stinky!!) hot springs and over the 7 bridges. I think I only managed to get a few good shots in, amid the throng of kids, and sand flying in all directions. I’ll get to those next week too, since today I’ve got to make up for neglecting my house all this past week.
Here’s Jaedah sitting high and dry on the monkey bars…and Liam somewhat less dry, and definitely much more dirty! He went home, to his shame, in his ginch – I guess I won’t be able to get away with trying that when he’s too way cool and in kindergarten next year! :)
