It started with sleeping in…because we celebrated my niece Arlene’s grad at her house into the wee hours of the morning. The rest of the morning saw me editing a few of yesterday’s grad sessions (couldn’t resist – I’ve no will power!), cleaning bedsheets, making grocery lists of things I need for Canada Day/weekend bbqs, getting taught about maintaining our newly installed/filled/heated hot tub…and gearing up for my last grad session this afternoon…which looked like this:

I was sooo excited about this session, I just had to call Arlene’s mom on the way home and let her know that “her pictures ROCK! The location was amazing!!” :) Stay tuned for more of these to come!
Then this evening the kids just HAD to try out the afor-mentioned hot tub for the first time…I’m sure they’ll spend many hours in here!

And the dwindling daylight hours saw Eric preping the front yard for landscaping! We hope to celebrate Canada’s birthday by planting these:

I’m so looking forward to this being done – I hope to show you the final design soon!
Have a happy Canada Day, all you fellow Canadians! :)
